Car whilst in an IVA?

My friend is moving abroad as soon as all the travel restrictions are lifted and visa is processed. As he and his girlfriend are saving as much as possible, they are down to using one car and gave me the other one for free. It's only a cheap run around and an 05' plate.
In my proposal, the IVA woman put I spend £148 on travel to work on public transport, which I don't so I thought I could change the £148 into petrol, insurance and tax.
Again, I didn't pay for the car but can afford the running of it at the moment. Not sure about repairs come next MOT however. Will they question any of this or should I simply just leave the I&E the same at the next IVA review? My IVA company (Debt Movement) are literally impossible to get hold of.

£150 per month is pretty much an average spend if you run a car. Personally I'd just let things run.0
