Also you can add the costs of many raw materials have rocketed in the last 12 months ( Steel, Cement , Plastics, Timber etc) including Brent crude oil up over 70%. I am not as confident as the B of E that inflation will just spike for a few months and then drop back .MX5huggy said:Stick inflation is only going one way.
