New build exchange worries & removals issue

Our solicitor is most concerned about point 5 regarding them not amending title deeds granting us access through phase 1 to our property on phase 2, the development solicitor doesn’t see that as an issue but obviously ours does. Our solicitor is going to phone them today to try and resolve the issue.
I haven’t got through to the lady at the removals yet but will keep trying.
again thanks for all help

Spoke to the removals, if I use another company for the move they will charge me £30 an hour to bring the containers down, we have 8 containers so they think 3 or so hours.
I explained I have paid £672 per month for storage, £1500 into store, I’m incredulous.
Their logistics have caused the issue and I’m being penalised for it.#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
While that is really annoying, £90 in the scheme of what a house purchase and move costs in fees etc isn’t that much really. I’d be annoyed but I’d sigh and pay it - to me it’d be worth £90 to get my stuff there straight away rather than having to wait for it.2

Yeah you’re right, now I need the solicitors to sort out there issues, mine is meant to call me back today with an update after speaking to theirs, but I can’t see that happening.#JusticeForGrenfell0
