Every month I have to send my readings to octopus which I’ve been doing for months no issue. However gone to do it today and the reading looks like it’s started again.
Gone from 00732 to 0002.

Also when pressing the “A” button it doesn’t go to total act import just switches between voltage and current. You have to leave it for a minute for total act import to come back on.

You will have to speak to your supplier. If is difficult to see everything in your photos because of the film left over the screen but the Total Actual Import in the last photograph looks to 2874kWhs unless there is a dot after the 2 or 8 that I cannot make out. One of the weaknesses in the Land G branding is that the seem to annotate the majority of their electricity meters as E470.

Looking again at the two import photographs, the top photo shows 732.15: logically, the bottom photograph reads 28.74. That said, I am somewhat confused as to how you have got into the meter sub menus - ie, voltage etc?

Out of interest, the meter has a date of 2017. Are you suggesting that you have only used 732kWhs in 4 years? Even a very modest home baseload of 100watts (covering such things a the fridge) would lead to an annual usage figure of 876kWhs/year. My guess is that the meter may have been faulty since the day it was installed. How much electricity per year (kWhs) did you use before the 2017 meter was installed?

We have only moved into the house 4 months ago so obviously not sure if it’s had problems in the past.
Spoke to octopus and I believe there on about sending a “meter reader” out to confirm the changes.

Last months reading was 7321.5 and yesterday’s was 0002.874.
