This is quite a specific neighborhood for such a wide UK forum. Perhaps have a look for a local Facebook group? If you find one for the town or nearby area people might be able to point you in the right direction.

Often new build estates have residents' WhatsApp groups to share news, gossip and complaints about the wheely bins, see if you can find one of those if that's your thing.

I would try Facebook. I worked for Barratt and each development tended to open its own FB page by a customer. It was private so you'd have to ask to join.
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

I'm praying that this goes well, I know there's been really bad news on persimmon homes but I've also seen so many people that have lived there without problems and I hope that I am amongst them too. 😊

  • Thank you for that i will be registering with next-door. 👌😊
