I think what annoys me is that some vendors lie about being a chain free sale to sucker buyers in and then hope they have committed too much to want to pull out when they find the truth. If you advertise as chain free or promise to rent to keep a sale, that is your problem and hassle to deal with.Renters do have flexibility but also have a lot less when it comes to a completion date and I feel some buyers don't acknowledge the benefit they can bring to a chain (thus is my experience by the way).May you find your sister soon Helli.

I do think this is because a lot of vendors see tenants as not so important so don't understand what they bring to the table.Done don't even understand the renting process.In the U.K. "our home is our castle" and some vendors take this quite literally.0 -
