Sky broadband and home phone customers face outages across Cardiff and and south east England today, the telecoms provider has confirmed. It adds that it's investigating the problem and is working to restore service as soon as possible.

I'm not affected directly but I had to phone them today and it was the first time for ages I've been put in a queue. They are very, very busy so if it's not important then hold off phoning them.0
