Has any one taken out insurance with urban jungle ? I’ve just received a quote for buildings/ contents insurance and it’s seems really cheap but is there a catch ?

Certainly wasn't cheap for me.
Cover is fairly straightforward / average, with the only unusual feature being that mobiles, laptops and bikes are not new for old.
As long as you don't need things like matching set or tenants improvements then on paper it's fine.0 -
Seems good value for a tenant, with a decent range of cover and simple to get a quote. Got the stepdaughter to take out a policy as I was concerned about potential tenants liability and the increasing amount of contents she was acquiring. £5 a month seemed a good premium for the cover she has got, especially as other tenants policies I looked at seemed a lot more expensive or didn't offer the same range of cover. Luckily no experience of claims though so can't comment on that aspect.0

On the liability section though remember the excess is per incident so 4 distinct areas of damage is likely to be 4 claims and so excess1
