Refused a copy of a contract just signed

My significant other recently went to a private dentist with bad toothache. They hurried her through a signing of a digital contract, then refused to give her a copy when she asked.
Is this legal? She was in pain, signed under some duress, and now isn't sure what she's signed up for.

Are you sure it was a contract? When I go to my check-ups I am given a tablet to update the records of any treatments or illnesses I might have had between appointments.0

In any event, she's entitled to a copy of her records, which include whatever it was she signed.0

Contract? Or just a standard consent form?No free lunch, and no free laptop
