Carflow defeated

Options
I'll do a better write up when I get chance but anyone following my previous thread regarding keeper vs carflow should know that Carlfow backed out before the hearing  and have been ordered to pay our counterclaim fee. Slightly frustrating to not be awarded any costs for the whole ordeal but nonetheless is  a good example showing this spineless company. There's a chance this will get taken down anyway as I have a feeling the C keeps complaining 👍👍

    Certainly looks like it.
Your previous two threads, together with your eighty-nine replies on them, have simply vanished.

True; but nothing to stop the defendant from issuing a claim for the same amount of damages, (as the counterclaim)-cost only £35.

There is, because the counterclaim was dismissed (no rhyme or reason to it IMHO).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
