Can anyone tell me what size the UKPC parking signs should be. In a retail park near me. The actual sign might me 45x45cm. , but it’s impossible to read from ground level. Im 5ft 2ins and I would have needed a step ladder to read it. There is nothing wrong with my eyesight. I appealed and they declined it saying it fitted the 45x45cm rule, but it is not easy to distinguish time allotted. Kate

The BPA CoP shows that their minimum is 45x45 cm.

KateThe 45x45cm rule is only part of it, they are conveniently ignoring:19.3 Specific parking-terms signage:Signs must be conspicuous and legible, and written in intelligible language, so that they are easy to see, read and understand. Signs showing your detailed terms and conditions must be at least 450mm x 450mm.The sign can be as big as a house but if the font is 12point it is useless
