Has anyone dealt with Premier Property lawyers?

We used PPL for a flat  purchase and they were fine and I have still been able to look on the property portal five years later to find information about my lease.

I did not pay upfront.

I used them and the experience was pretty awful from start to finish. Initial telephone to discuss my remortgage (which I had to prepare for) was missed without any warning, and I never did get one. My mortgage report informed me about an unspecified defect to the title, and urged me to get insurance for it, creating a sense of urgency by warning about delays and further costs. When I asked what the defect actually was, they said to disregard that bit and attributed it to a "system error". I am quite sceptical. The message was so generic (to the point of being useless) that I can only assume they intended to send it to everyone.

Further mistakes in straightforward stuff were avoided that could have possibly been avoided if they had not missed my telephone appointment.
