Would like to get some comment on this flat refurbishment quote, for a studio flat in London.

Flat size is 32 SQ.M. / 342 SQ.FT.
Kitchen is 2.62m x 2.54m / 8'7 x 8'4
Room is 5.21m x 3.84m / 17'1 x 12'7

Removal of existing kitchen, wardrobes and furniture dismantling and tiles.	1,690.00	1	1,690.00

	Kitchen fitting Fitting new plumbing and electrics for the new kitchen (white sockets, spurs and switches included, others can be fitted if supplied by client) including the lights Fitting new base furniture and worktop Fitting new wall units Making good all walls around the units and ceiling and painting them white To fit the sink in the kitchen as on the plans provided we will have to fit wooden or stone worktop. The contractor will provide the skip for the rubbish removal.

We will require a space for skip in the drive.
