House insurance: long-standing, non-progressive movement - what do I put?

Hi, currently approaching the exchange time for a house purchase, and thus trying to sort out house insurance.

In the lender report, it stated that there were signs of long-standing, non-progressive movement. When doing an online quote for building insurance, it asks "The property has never shown any signs or been monitored for subsidence, landslip or heave"

If I put that it has shown signs, it then asks for details such as when it occurred, what caused it, were other properties affected at the time, and was the issue rectified. But obviously I wouldn't know any of this information, and importantly on the "was the issue rectified", no actual resolution is needed.

Does anyone know whether I should declare this movement as subsidence or what do I do?
