Stallholder Club Insurance

I know there has been a few discussions regarding this insurance company but has anyone used them and had to submit a claim?  I unfortunately took out insurance with this company last December and have just had to submit a claim - there is no one to speak to just an online submission form which you have to pay £2.50 (sounds suspicious already).  Its been a month and nothing from them just an automated email stating my submission had been successful and one of their agents would be in touch shortly.  Had anyone had any dealings with the Stallholder Club at all? Is it legit ?

Its a Hong Kong based company and almost certainly doesnt have the necessary permissions to sell insurance in the UK.

In days gone past they were listing a Seychelles based insurance company as the underwriter, does your certificate or policy wordings mention any insurer/underwriter? If they do then maybe attempt that angle.
