Can't scroll MSE website on Windows Chrome - other combinations fine

I have a problem with the MSE website on Windows 10 Chrome. Other websites are fine on Chrome, and MSE is fine on other browsers. There is no scrollbar at the right of the screen. I can't scroll using mouse or keyboard - I haven't found any way to get below the initial display. Links etc are fine. I've tried switching hardware acceleration off, but it doesn't help. Anybody got any ideas? I'm avoiding clearing all my settings for the moment.

Works fine for me on Chrome.
Have you been playing around with any settings or flags in chrome? There are a couple in there that could disrupt scrolling.
If not then have you installed any new extensions. If so try disabling them. If that doesn't work try disabling all extensions and then enable them one at a time to see if that exposes the culprit.
You could also try incognito mode - see if that works. if it works it is likely to be an extension.Past caring about first world problems.0 -

Thanks for the ideas guys. I have now fixed it. It was the Adguard extension. When enabled, it seems to block the "Accept our Cookies" prompt when opening MSE for the first time in a browser session. I think MSE is then in a sort of limbo state. Adding MSE to Adguard's list of exceptions has fixed it for me.
