Hyundai ix35 gearbox woes

Hi all, bought a car of Car Shop. Took it back with the gears clicking in 2nd and fourth. They Sent to a gearbox specialist they said the gearbox oil was filthy. They changed that. Still the same. Gearbox specialist said it was a heavy gearbox. Not to worry. By this time the warranty was out. Car shop wasn't interested. 9 months on. 2nd, 4th and 6th doing it. Not really much worse after in 2nd and 4tg. Strange all three rear gears are affected. Going in for a service at car shop soon. Will ask about the gears.
