I wonder I anyone can help. I have been betting online on and off for about 10 years. I have never had an issue like this before. I managed to win a football accumulator about two weeks ago (250 quid) - for some reason WH paid 90 into my usual account PayPal and 160 into an old account which I hadn’t used for over two years which was I hadn’t deleted by my own mistake. Anyway the point is I have tried contacting WH customer services for the last two weeks but they maintain that the money has gone to the bank so they need to pay me - however the bank say they cannot do a backward trace even using the ARn number supplied by WH. WH are refusing to do a recall or forward trace fir the money. Obviously I was a little annoyed at this impasse. I have contacted resolver but seems to moving very slowly with no outcome other than contact WH chat service. I have contacted HO but they send me to the chat. I know it’s not life changing money but it’s the principle - is there anyone out there who can advise me? Are the two organisations just being awkward. Also my account with WH has been suspended since I’ve complained and I have no way of checking if I’ve been refunded. All a major pain.
