He's not a "parking enforcement officer" he's a parking attendant or private parking company employee and it never was a fine it's an invoice.The figure they are quoting is ridiculous and will include debt recovery costs that they have not paid out.3

Although written in the first person (defence are written in third person - no "I", "Me" etc) you have a good case and, coupled with your witness statement and copy of your lease, you should be OK. As @Coupon-mad writes, do not allow yourself to be bullied at the Directions Hearing. Also research Jopson vs Homeguard where a judge ruled (on appeal) that loading/unloading is not parking. You were certainly unloading.5
