I've entered, but trying to share the link from here to my mum (different house) and my fiancé (same house) former can enter, but for my fiancé it states already participated? Does it connect to IP address, then?

Tried it again using a VPN (so IP address is different) but it knew I'd already entered, so probably a cookie.

I tried deleting cookies and the same was happening, saying person had entered when I was just sharing the link with somebody else
