Mistake on claim form. Would this work in my favour?

Hey guys, 

Been busy with work so couldn't update the forum.

Had the court hearing last week. The defence template I used from here asked them to provide evidence that they had permission to give out tickets on the land. They didn't provide this evidence. Judge looked through all their files and couldn't find anything. They lost the case! Couldn't be more happier. Thank you all for your help!

The template defence covers all bases and is clearly not hated by Judges...as was suggested in another thread.

But what a waste of your time this was, and worse, as you know, they threatened your credit rating.
