Hi, virgin active have sold their gym to the Bannatyne Group, however, there is no mention of how this will affect the cancellation of my membership, in theory, my membership is with Virgin. Do I have rights to cancel without any fees?

Check the contract to see what it says about change of ownership.0

Need to know 1) what technically has been sold and 2) look at your membership terms for anything about change of control as well as other cancellation terms.
Even if there is a clause around change of control it may not be triggered depending on the exact structure of the deal.0 -
If you're still getting the same facilities etc I wouldn't expect there to be any change to the contract.0
