Transmit AV - HDMI

Does anyone know of a device that will allow me to transmit AV from my front room to other receivers in the house but transmitting HD video?

I used to use an AEI Digisender which worked fine via scart in my old house, but since getting my new HD TV which is connected to my virgin box by HDMI the digisender unit should no longer function as it connects to the scart connection.

Primarily i'd like a similar digisender that would just transmit the HDMI signal and then have a HDMI connection on the receiver.

I know eBay isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I've seen a digisender-type HDMI transmitter / receiver branded CMI for sale by a company in the Midlands. The item number for the current buy-it-now advert is 330202537710 (£60), but they sell through auction style too if you look through their other items.

I can't vouch for them myself as I haven't bought one yet, but looking at the feedback from others who have bought them it seems to work, and the company offer a 7-day money back guarantee (less £9 delivery charge and whatever your return postage would cost) if you're not entirely satisfied.

Anyone else found one from an online retailer / high street store?
