Double Glazing in or near Liverpool

I need to get all of my windows and a couple of doors replaced and would like to know if anyone can recommend a company in or near Liverpool that can be trusted to do do a top job and at a fair price.
Would be very grateful for any help as I am dreading getting some quotes and having to go through all the sales pitch.
Thanks

Id not forgotten you, Ive been home this weekend so I spoke to a few people who have had stuff done.

Discount windows on edge lane are ok

    M&W windows

    The window warehouse

Have a look at these ones.
  • Just try to avoid the big boys . safestyle Anglian ect . go for people you know who has had them done . Not our jimmys lad does them people . I am Merseyside based and own my own window company by the way . Didn't I mention that !! Send me a message if you want more details about us .

My mum had a door 2 doors done by safestyle.

Safe to say they were shockingly bad, Front door has been replaced 4 times since it was done 2 years ago.

I have had a few quotes and the best so far are asking for a 30% deposit then 50% when the windows are delivered and the job started and the final 20% on completion is that the norm.

Yes, they are bespoke to you and most of the cost is in the product.  It's totally fair.      Use a credit card for a bit of it for the protection.

Not the same, no.   You need to check Martin's guide on Section 75.
