    Speak to the council/ dog warden again. Environmental health for dog mess. We had a neighbour who shut the dog out in the garden for most of the day in all weathers. Never walked it and never cleaned the garden. Weeds were waist high. The garden smelled so bad it was unpleasant to go out the back door.

    A complaint to environmental health saw a load of friend roped in to help clear the garden. They filled 20 bin bags.
