I have a Samsung S21, the picture on the camera is out of focus and blurred, what do I have to do to improve the picture so I can use the camera?

Has it always been that way ,or has it only recently deteriorated? Unless it's a physical external problem , like a dusty or greasy lens ,which you can easily clean, then I'm not sure that that you can improve the picture quality yourself. Your best bet is to take it to a phone shop.0

S21 was only released this year so it will still be under warranty. Return it as faulty.0

I assume you've checked that it's not just some smudges on the lens? One way of checking is to switch between the standard, ultra-wide and telephoto options in the camera app. If it's blurry in one mode and not the others then it is likely the lens for that option has something that needs to be cleaned off. If it's blurry in all modes then it could still be dirt/grease on the lenses, but much less likely and may be an issue with the phone itself. The other suggestions above are all things to try as well.Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Go into camera settings....Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Reset Settings'.....Reboot phone.....Go back into camera settings...Make sure 'Scene Optimiser' is toggled on. And if you want to, toggle on 'Tracking auto-focus'.
