Travelling to Portugal

Help, I have seen so many different answers to the question of “travelling to mainland Portugal and have both vaccinations with the second over 14 days old, do I also need to have a negative COVID test result to travel and gain access?” If the answer is yes, does it need to be one you pay for?
Thanks in advance, it would be good to hear from someone who’s just been.

Your airline may deny boarding if you cannot show these documents before you board. Check with your airline before you travel.”
and/or means?0 -
To avoid quarantine you need to have proof of being vaccinated at least 14 days in advance. Either the NHS app or the EU digital certificate will be accepted as proof in Portugal.
Testing prior to travelling to Portugal. If you have the EU digital certificate you do not need a test. If you have the NHS app you do need a test.
If you don't have proof of vaccination you will need a test and to quarantine on arrival.

as per the earlier link....
If you have an antigen test, make sure it meets the standards set out in the EU common list of Rapid Antigen Tests . Check your test result identifies the type of test taken and gives your name, date of birth, the date and time the sample was collected and the date of the result. You should not use the NHS testing service to get a test in order to facilitate your travel to another country. You should arrange to take a private test.
