PHNB 4 kindness or scam

Hi has anyone received an email from Hermes saying they have a parcel for me from PHNB 4. I checked the tracking number and it seems legit but I have not ordered anything. Had a similar one a couple of months ago and received some choc pots. Don't know who they were from.
Anyone had anything similar?
I am worried it is some sophisticated scam or an act of kindness.

I get emails and texts regularly but never respond to them as I haven't ordered anything.  As soon as they say "click on this link" I assume it's a scam.

I have loads of such texts - either for deliveries, voicemails or missed calls with messages - all with suspicious looking links to click on. I very rarely notice them unless actively looking as my phone automatically flags them as spam and blocks them.

As long as you don't reply or click on any links, things should be fine. You may receive a parcel soon . . . Strange though. Maybe someone loves you from afar?

A scam will likely have a link (which you shouldn't click on) and a request for payment.
I would go to hermes site and try the tracking number.
I did have some chocs turn up from my employer out of blue so these things do happen, but anything requesting payment details, bank details or links is highly suspicious.
The general rule is check from a legit site.

Are are they sending out COVID these days…?

Because I’m struggling to see why this is posed here?

Hey there. I've moved this thread to the Praise, Vent & Warnings board.

PHNB 4 stands for 'Parcel Hub New Business 4' with EVRi.

It just sounds like a distribution hub and was on a duvet cover parcel that I'd ordered and received today.

    Doesn't seem ominous.
