I sympathise, but I don't think you will win this one.

Is there a second hand market for the tickets?

As others have pointed out - credit/debit cards will only cover you for what ticketmaster are liable for, for example if they were liable but went bust. It will not go beyond the contractual liability.

Unfortunately Ticketmaster gave about a week’s notice and we’ve been waiting for them to reply to messages so no time to sell them unfortunately
