Hello. Your thoughts please. A very good friend of ours is emigrating to Spain. He is running up debt on credit cards before he goes. He thinks his debt will not follow him. We have told him that credit card companies can find him. Is he correct????

The debt might follow him, it might not. It's certainly not correct to say it absolutely will not.0 -
