Dyson refunds

Dyson delivered me a faulty product, I notified them. They said they would deliver an exchange the next day. I should give them the faulty product and take the new product. 
Courier did not arrive twice when I was advised by Dyson it would. 
I had to purchase an alternative product as couldn’t be without.
I contacted Dyson to say I no longer want an exchange as it had not arrived. Dyson informed me to reject the new product from courier and give her hem the broken product. 5 days later I would get my refund. 

This was a month ago and no refund still. I have chased then numerous times. 
I’ve been informed by Dyson the products were in the warehouse and expect a refund in 5 days. 
They can no long find the returned product. 

I just want my money back £399.00

anyone help??
