Banggood.com

Has any any forum member had dealings with Banggood.com. I'm finding it difficult to get them to refund my money (£ 55 for two pairs of trainers) They are making me jump through hoops, documents, photos, video, now they want video of my feet trying to get into the trainers.
I think this might be a scam, any help will be appreciated

Did you buy the trainers specifically for driving in?
That aside, on what basis are you requesting a refund?

It's not technically a scam as such although in reality you are being scammed with these types of companies. It's exactly like Ali express and Wish. Cheap rubbish shipped cheaply from China in the knowledge most customers won't pay the return shipping to send an item back. From looking at reviews return postage for this company is £16 an item. Do you really think the trainers are even worth £16.

All the warnings are there to see, no UK address, no contact email or address on website and very easy to establish before ordering the company are in China.

Probably best to avoid them in the future.

Perhaps OP would like to post in correct forum...

Not quite sure how "Trainers" fit into "Motoring" unless \OP has a flintstone style car
