When did budgeting loans decisions change to email as an option?

I didn’t realise they had started making decisions by email. When did this happen?
I was very impressed. I applied yesterday lunchtime, decision arrived at 6pm, I accepted, than another email this morning to say money will go into bank account on 31st. That’s all quick I’m very impressed.

I know you've been able to apply online for quite sometime and they usually update the application by text message. Didn't know the email has now been added too but that's good so thanks for that.
