Randox Quietly Remove DX Drop Off Option

As many of you know Randox drop-off boxes can involve an hour round trip. But the company provided a DX Courier label which enabled people to drop off in a location much closer to their home.

Without warning or any announcement, the company has stopped sending the DX label and removed the option from the website without informing their customers.

I have not seen an official announcement on their website or social channels. I wanted to raise on here because I suspect many repeat users will purchase fr the DX drop-off and get confused why they have not received a DX label.

Thanks for highlighting.

These companies have recently been under the spot light and pushed to reduce the cost of these tests.  I wonder if they have removed the pre-paid DX courier option as their way of doing this.
