I have a problem with my car which is less than 6 months old.
It's still under warranty or so I was told. The company phone, email and website are all down.
I assume they are out of business, I bought the car online and had it delivered. The issues were from the day I got it, they did pay for a small repair but another is needed.
Do I just loose out here?

It looks like it. Your consumer rights are with the retailer who sold you the car. If they have gone out of business, then you won't get anyone else to honour these rights.
Was the warranty provided by the company or a third-party? If it was provided by a third-party, they should still honour the warranty, even if the company that sold you the car has folded. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1 -
Was a credit card used?
Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0 -

Is the warranty an insurance backed policy? You may be able to claim direct from the warranty company.
If you paid anything by credit card or took finance, you may be able to claim against the credit provider.
Was the garage a Ltd Co? If so, you could check whether the company still exists and, if so, send notices to the registered office address. If the ignore you, or have no assets, this may be entirely fruitless.
What are the nature of the faults? Given the age of car you purchased, are these faults "reasonable" and would you have had a strong case even if the garage was responding? What resolution would you ideally like?2
