Wedding cake was sorted a loooooooong time ago thankfully. It's going to be cake as opposed to cheese.

Three layers, different flavour each layer!

    Earl grey tea sponge
    Chocolate porter
Rhubarb and pink peppercorn, or something similar.

Semi naked, with real flowers :)

Mackerel pate with gooseberries, vegetable terrine, smoked salmon cream cheese seved with melba toast. A lot depends on the competence of the venue. Book yourselves in for a tasting meal beforehand.

Thanks for letting us know the final menu.  I just need my invitation now please!!!   ;)

Do have a lovely day.  Remember it's fun, you can ignore everyone, just make sure one person is sober and in charge of a camera.

    Thanks Brie :)

Well the photographers I hope will remain sober, and some family members don't drink, so we should be okay!

    Thanks

It was very nice thanks - everyone commented on how good the food was too - which was a result. Sadly we were a bit too busy dancing and drinking to make the most of the buffet but hey, I guess it shows we were having a good time!

Thanks for the suggestions on here - it really made for a great menu centerpiece :)
