dumpling said:Hello from hospital, I finally got moved onto a ward when one of the ladies in our bay tested positive for covid so we were all moved to a covid ward and we’re not allowed any visitors 😭. The doctor said he was going to get the microbiologist involved to see why I keep getting sepsis. This is the 5th time in 3 years and it’s only been a few weeks since I was last in hospital. I also have a heart murmur but I am not going to worry about that for no.
Thank you all so much for the well wishes it means a lot xxxxxOh gosh...not a nice thing for you and the family.
I really hope that you are kept safe there. I've found the umpteen garden waste bags filled by the gardener yesterday so they're now piled in my car ready for me to take them to the tip. Sun is shining it's wee heart out and there's loads of butterflies on my lavender. Yesterday I had to rescue two lost bees which thought they lived here.

Good afternoon all, alternating between dullness and sunny here today.
Out in the garden fairly early, it is green bin day, as it had quite a lot of space left in it OH was able to cut the front lawn and trim some shrubs and I have been busy decimating wayward perennials.
2 of the trees (ours) are huge and some that belong to next door too, will be getting the professionals in to deal with them, ought to book him in readiness I suppose.
Hoping that folks holiday plans go well and great to hear from Dumpling again today. nmlc I hope that relative is improving, such a worry. csarina fingers crossed that your OH's palpitations settle down soon. Gers so few butterflies here this year, but as we followed DM's coffin from church to grave 3 fluttered very close to me.
Take care, hugs and spoons. thinking of those that are missing or poorly especially. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)8 -

The sun is shining brightly here after alternating between fog and sun while we were at the park Little one had a great time - two of the bigger girls who live on our street were there too so she had a good play with them.
She's fast asleep now so I'm having a cuppa.
Having to keep all the doors shut as biggest cat is going to the vet for his booster at 5 - he escaped out the living room earlier but luckily came back home. Will be the same tomorrow as the lady from the cattery is picking them up at 4pm.
I think I've filled in everything I need to go away now - I have proof I've been vaccinated, a digital document to show where I'm staying, test booked the day before I come home and one for 2 days later. Just got to check in tomorrow. And pack! Half of my case has biscuits and chocolate and various books of DDs to take to her and I have clothes out ready to go in.
Dumpling - awful that you can't have visitors - hope there's some friendly people to chat to8
