Please please can anybody help us

My sister has 2 separate boilers, 1 to heat her water and 1 to heat the house. The water heater has been leaking water for nearly a week. She is part of a staywarm scheme who have said that it could be upto 2 weeks before anybody can come out and look at the boiler, she rang her house insurance , they sent an engineer out to look at it and he said it was unaccesbible because one of the screws are rusted so he could not get the case off to see inside, she has been on the phone all day trying to get through to social security to see about applying for a crisis loan, so she can get a plumber in to fix it but she just cannot get through due to high call demands, she has been turning the water off to stop the leak, and only switching it on for emergencys, she has told the children not to flush the toilet and switches the water back on at intervals so she can flush, this has resulted in her youngest child get sickness and diaoreha and now she has a bath full of soiled bedding, she recieves income support and the property is her own, her other child has a disabillitie, she is at the absolout end of her tether and does not know where to go to get help, any advice will be greattly recieved, thank you.

Can she not go to the JCP in person to make an application? x

Have you looked on www.saynoto0870.com for a direct dial for the JCP? Might mean she can get through without having to wait? x
