Adminicle telephone numbers

We have an Adminicle policy which gets taken out of our bank Monthly and has been for a number of years.  We are trying to trace what the policy is for etc but can’t get any contact number for them.  It seems from past discussions on here they have been taken over by Assurant however their website again is useless and doesn’t give any contact numbers.  Our bank says to cancel the policy and they may get in touch with us directly however since we don’t know what the policy is, we don’t want to void it!!  Does anyone have any advice or contacts we could use?? Thanks

These were taken over by Assurant. Then Assurant have moved certain policies to the Netherlands. I've had the same problem with communication. I wanted to change the amount of cover on my policy, took them about 4 weeks to reply. I've now got two premiums being debited from my account. Since it's moved to Holland, the customer service is shocking.
