Hiring a car - photo licence expired at DVLA in the backlog

They need sight of the licence .
If it was sent away with the renewal form then he has no proof of having a licence.0 -

The photo expires every ten years, unless restricted your licence and entitlement to drive lasts until you're 70.KimJongUn88 said:

Thanks all. My licence is still valid, it is just the photo that has expired. I've found out that Thrifty and Enterprise are happy to rent a car with a DVLA check code, passport and utility bill0
