Confused by changed final meter reading changes by other parties.

Well ,I queried the position with Igloo.
My readings hadn't "registered" for some reason and the "false" readings were due to an estimation by the intermediary party .
Igloo said that the estimate was fairly accurate, as it happens, due to my previous regular meter readings.
They have credited £5 for the energy cost differential, and given £30 as a goodwill gesture.
So, all's well that ends well.3
