Is this a scam?

I got an email asking for feedback to a restaurant I've never been to. My bank account doesn't seem to have been compromised however. Any reason why I'd be getting an email like this? Should I be worried?

is your email @gmail or @hotmail.com/outlook.com etc. I got an email from TalkTalk saying my installation date is such, and we are taking your payments from such and such bank and much more. The person it was meant for was debitcardmayhem-at-hotmail whereas I am debitcardmayhem-at-gmail. Fortunately the much more included his mobile number so I rang him and forwarded the mails to him. It took TT 3 months to change my email to his. 3 months later they started threatening me(him) for none payment, so again I was not too helpful to TT , well I did send all the emails to ofcom and the ICO , I haven’t heard from either of the aforementioned chocolate teapots. I assume that yours is just a case of someone being lazy and not checking their email address

Why would you think your bank account might be compromised just because you got an email asking for feedback for a restaurant ?
