UK Customs Duty Tariff on Imported EU Goods

Does anyone know what the current UK customs duty rate is on cameras, telescopes, eyepieces etc coming from the EU? Seemingly this figure can range from 4.9% to 20% according to different sources. The Govt websites I've visited so far quickly retreat into generalities when trying to seek a specific answer to the above question.

Almost everything from the EU will be duty-free, it's VAT you'll end up being charged.0
