Convert .ivr to .wmv?

Please does anyone know whether it's possible to convert video from .ivr to .wmv format so that I can edit it in moviemaker/put it on my own website?
Most of the video converting software I've seen doesn't include the .ivr format. Ideally I'm looking for a freeware download, but I'll pay for it if necessary and if it's not too expensive!

I'm sure it can be done nicely but the only way I know to do it is to write the ivr file to VideoCD in RealPlayer and then rip it from CD to wmv. It's not an ideal solution, but if you only need it for the odd thing, it'll probably work (invest in some reuseable CD-RWs!).
