hello I am traveling to Austria but flying to Germany and then hiring a car to drive to Austria.
Do I need to fill in an arrival form for Germany? I have tried filling it in but it is asking for an address where I am staying in Germany and this is not the case.
I am fully vaccinated.

This will partly depend who you're flying with.
The general rule is that as you'll be clearing immigration in Germany (your Germany-Austria trip is effectively completely domestic), you will be subject to German rules as a result of this as far as your airline is concerned and therefore subject to any domestic German entry requirements.💙💛 💔0
