Traveling through Germany help please

hello I am traveling to Austria but flying to Germany and then hiring a car to drive to Austria.

Do I need to fill in an arrival form for Germany? I have tried filling it in but it is asking for an address where I am staying in Germany and this is not the case.

I am fully vaccinated.

can someone please help? Information is confusing

This will partly depend who you're flying with.

The general rule is that as you'll be clearing immigration in Germany (your Germany-Austria trip is effectively completely domestic), you will be subject to German rules as a result of this as far as your airline is concerned and therefore subject to any domestic German entry requirements.
