Exposed bulbs in front of mirrors

Hello
Im getting a "sputnik" style light fixture in my livingroom (6 bulbs) but also looking to hang a large mirror above the fireplace.
I was just thinking once the lights are on in the evening it will have a glare in the mirror reflecting from the lights.
Any advice on types of bulbs to use to minimise this? (E27) it is dimmable.
I've seen many picture of homes with this kind of set up of having exposed bulbs in front of mirrors, so hoping someone here can advise?

Do you have a link to the light fixture so we can have a better idea as to what it looks like?0

'Filament' style LED lamps can put out very little light when dimmed whilst still giving a little general illumination. And if that isn't workable, then perhaps experimenting with seating and mirror positioning can find a layout where the light fitting isn't in view in the mirror while you are seated?1

You won't have any more "glare" from the light reflected in the mirror than you will from the light fitting itself - and it will only be directly in your line of sight if you sit dead opposite the mirror.
I have a similar set up and I can only see the light fitting in the mirror from the middle seat of the sofa - and if your TV is to one side, you're not looking that way!0
