Vokera Boiler keeps cutting out

I have a 10 month old Vokera Easi-Heat Plus Ci High Efficiency Combi Boiler.  3 weeks ago it started coming on for a minute and then the red A01 light came on and everything goes off.  The water pressure is correct.  Every time its reset the same thing happens and it is the same whether heating or hot water.  Vokera have been out to it 5 times.  3 very experienced guys cant find the problem.  Now they are saying it might be something to do with my electricity voltage.  I live in a mobile Lodge and there was no earth.  I have had a spike put in but the same thing is happening.  After 3 weeks I am very fed up. I am a carer and each time I have to wait in for an engineer, losing money and an old person losing their help.  Has this happened to anyone else please and did you manage to resolve?

Have they attempted any repairs / replaced parts or just scratched their heads and gone away?
Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.
  • Try contacting Vokera directly if you haven't done so.
They are reckoning electricity voltage and/or lack of earth? Well, that covers a lot of options...
Do you think your supply is a bit dodge? Do you have 'flickers' and stuff? I wonder if fitting a spike/surge protector in the boiler supply might help? (Haven't actually looked at what's available...)
