    It really annoys me to see problem vehicles and 'police aware' vehicles sitting around for ages in this country.

    I walked my dog at around midnight last night and the van was not there, but it was this morning. So perhaps the owners believe driving it when there are few police around will mean they don't get caught.
    When I say its unroadworthy, it has no mirror in the drivers side, side view mirror, so it would fail an MOT.
    The van has ladders on its roof, so it could be used for burglaries.
