Shopmium 2 Accounts only 1 device

Hi All
My OH and I have one smartphone between us and have each opened a Shopmium shopping cashback account.
I have been claiming my cashback via the app no problem at all.
When he tries to claim we get a message saying already claimed on this device.
Which is correct but it's a different person and account.
Is there a way to "trick" the app that it's a different device ?
