i found them very easy to deal with. as soon as they acquired my debt a lovely young lady called me up to discuss it. I interrupted her and told her i refuse to discuss it on the phone, everything has to be in writing. They have never called me again. I get a letter of statement every few months, and an occasional email requesting me to call or logon to their website. I totally ignore them, they have 2 years before it becomes statute barred. I have no intention of engaging with them and no intention of paying them full amount or even a heavily discounted deal. They havnt been able to supply a compliant CCA. If they decide to take legal action i will defend it and most definitely beat them.2

Same here @DjangoUnchained I've got two "PRA" managed debts and 3 years ago they confirmed those debts were UE. Oddly they seem only to continue to chase just one and its the smaller amount owed (go figure). All they do is send statements and the odd letter offering me a small discount to close the account. I wonder if it's a computer generated letter.
But I ignore all contact and eventually it'll become SB and they can kiss goodbye to any form of settlement.
So, to the OP... you just need to stand firm and ignore any future communications.0 -
